Struggling to decide: iPad 2 vs Xoom
I’ve set aside some money for a new tablet, and it’s come down to the $499 Wifi-only iPad 2 or the $599 Wifi-only Motorola Xoom. Either way, I don’t need much memory, and I don’t need a data plan since I can tether via my Nexus S on T-Mobile.

Miui ROM for HTC Incredible
Miui is an Android Open Source Project ROM designed by a group in China. It combines some of the features of iOS with the full functionality of Android and was made available as a ROM for rooted Nexus One and Desire users.

Tips for Good Battery Life with an HTC Incredible
Under Menu>Settings>Accounts & Sync: Disable sync for any apps you don’t need to stay synced in real-time. I disabled sync for Flickr, News, Stocks, and Weather.
Use the Power Control widget to control Wifi, GPS, and Bluetooth so those are easy to access and turn off when you aren’t using them. Also makes it easy to change screen brightness on the fly.
